Hey fitness community 😀! Let’s see if I really make it to my goals this time. I’ve been a prisoner to my own laziness and over eating my whole life. But yesterday all I ate was a salad with grilled chicken. So day one crazy successful. AND I went on a jog with my girlfriend for like 15 mins to the Walmart for cat food! However today is a new day lol so the grind is real and I’m just tryna stay focused.
