Recipes: Does Rice Count?
I was putting in that I ate Chinese-chicken and brocolli and I can't seem to find whether or not rice is included in the recipe. Does anyone know? Even so, I don't think it differentiated which kind of rice I picked (white steamed btw).
Thank you.
Thank you.

I'd assume it's not unless it's stated that it is.
How many calories per serving for the one you picked?0 -
Rice is separate and should be counted on its own.0

I would count the rice seperately. Also..have you tried brown rice? I have pretty much quit eating white rice because brown is so yummy.0

Any rice is considered a side item. It is not part of the dish itself. Unless you make your own, and then you can include it as an ingredient when you calculate your recipe.0
