Trying to lose some weight not much, I have about 8lbs left that I’d like to lose minimum. Only been consuming about 1100 calories of my 1300 allowed to reach my goal. I’ve cut back on my high calorie liquids so I can consume more food to help keep my hunger at bay during the day but I am still always hungry. When will it stop, it’s getting harder to just not indulge in food.

You should not be below 1200 calories! Be sure to eat your full 1300. You will lose a little more slowly, but it will be worth it if you're not hungry all the time. Look for filling foods (lots of protein!) to help fill you up. You have a 1300 calorie goal but you're eating 1100: of course you are hungry! I assume the 1300 target is from putting your stats into MFP and stating you want to lose weight. So eat the 1300. That extra 200 per day could go a long way to help your hunger.

You're being way too aggressive with your calorie targets with only 8 Lbs to lose. Losing vanity Lbs are the hardest and most uncomfortable...even worse if you're overly aggressive.14

Eat your calories, all of them, and if you exercise, eat that too. There is no reason for torturing yourself on a toddler's calorie allowance.11

Always eat your calories and try to find higher protein foods to get you through that. There is a natural supplement that I got at the Vitamin Store that helps with helping you feel full if you take it with your meals.0

If you have 8 pounds to lose your Goals should be set to "Lose 1/2 pound per week." Your Activity Level? Don't use Sedentary if you have any kind of job or go to school or care for kids at home. When you exercise you should enter the exercise into the Exercise tab and eat those calories too.
What is your height and current weight? Do you work? Go to school? Stay at home Mom?
Even 1300 is really likely way too low. No wonder you're struggling.10 -
...and just to add, under-eating sets up a binge/restrict cycle where you finally break and eat 3000 calories in a day because hungry.
Under-eating also increases cortisol and water retention. You're just making it harder on yourself.17 -

I always aim to stay close to my calories as sticking to your calorie allowance gives you the right amount of energy to get through the day. The best thing I find for weight loss is sticking to your macros and avoiding carbs late at night. I don’t eat carbs after 8pm as I’m not active enough to burn them off. I’ve found sticking to my calorie allowance helps me be more productive throughout the day and has improved my wellbeing1

Your BMR alone (calorie burn in a coma, not moving) would be expected to be above 1300. Of course you're hungry!7

What are you eating?
I personally find that what I eat and how I eat has the biggest impact on cravings and hunger pangs.
If I eat any sugar, then I crave food constantly and feel like I'll starve to death without an evening snack. However, if I avoid sugar, and eat IF with a morning eating window, I can eat low calories and manage just fine not eating from 2pm onward.
The difference is drastic. So perhaps start with finding a diet that works best for your particular body. Figure out what foods your body responds best to, the way of eating that makes you feel most energized and satisfied.
Then modulate down your calories a bit.
The most effective diet is the one that's comfortably sustainable. So you may have to play around with how you eat to find that.
Most importantly, try not to rush it. Instead of trying to cut calories to get to a certain weight, try to build a lifestyle that can sustain that weight long term.

You are too hungry because you are in close to a 50% calorie deficit. (25% is considered very aggressive, especially for someone who is not very overweight at all.)
Not sure what you want to hear, but the only answer is to eat more.
You would probably lose a pound a week at 1500 cal/day, and be down those 8 pounds by Xmas or NY. And you won't hate your life while doing it.
Be kind to yourself and set yourself up for success, not failure.

I'm 5ft7 and I'm the same weight with the same goal. I eat about 1500 calories a day and 2000 on the weekend. I'm losing slowly but steadily and I'm never hungry.

1200 calories per day is only suitable for someone who is very very short and sedentary. You are neither. Eat more.

Its never good to starve yourself. Make sure to drink lots of water and eat clean & healthy and sneak in those workouts and you should be golden!

I don't know if this has been said already, but the closer you are to your goal, the closer you should be eating to what will be your maintenance level if you actually want to keep it off. Also, when you don't have much to lose, it's not intended to go quickly (again, if you want to keep it off).
As someone who has had a lot of experience with binge-restrict cycles, I am right there with the others who have said you need to eat more. I lost about 10 pounds, but I did it over maybe a period of 5 months and that was over a year ago. They were what I always thought were those "last stubborn pounds." Guess what? Not only have I kept it off, I lost 8 more.5 -

I am 5’8”, currently almost 190 lbs, practically a lump due to physical disability, and even I am eating 1300 calories a day.
AND I am currently losing at about 1 1/2 to 2 lbs a week (very aggressive loss)
You are not eating enough. Please please please eat more calories. You need them.11 -

....so are you willing to be this restrictive (and HUNGRY) forever? I mean once you reach your goal weight, then what?
That’s a very good question, I don’t know to be honest because I cannot lose weight unless I restrict and the second I eat more food then the recommended calorie suggestion I put it all back on, so how do you lose weight or even maintain a weight lose once you lose it without cutting food out of your life???

Everyone has to cut some foods or portion sizes of foods or frequency of foods.
But do it in a sensible sustainable way,not go to extremes that won't last.8 -
I am 58. 5’7” female and very sedentary(in a plaster cast up to my knee on one leg). Weigh 138 and have calories at 1300. We shouldn’t be eating the same amount of calories at the same height but different weights and activity levels.
Eat back at least half your exercise calories and set your setting to at least lightly active , plus slow loss to 0.5 lb/wk when calculating calories. Also try to take some diet breaks where you eat at maintenance for at least 2 consecutive days to a month to relieve the stress of dieting on your body and practice maintenance. Some strength training professionals recommend limiting diet periods to 6 to 8 weeks followed by an equal time on maintenance calories before returning to restricted calories. This will increase spontaneous movement and probably reduce stress related water weight.
FWIW I find that am hungry too as am close to suggested weight by my doctor. But have to ask myself if it is genuine hunger, thirst, or using food as a coping mechanism. I have been guilty of the latter as have been stressed out by doctor visits and the change in daylight hours coupled with lack of activity.

I'm also 5' 7", 43 with a desk job during the day (part time job is physical, but only 10 hours/week) and additional workouts are minimal right now, mostly just a short dog walk or something on the weekend (hike, moto ride, etc).
I weigh slightly less than you right now (currently hovering around 151ish) and have been losing the past few weeks very steadily at around 1500-1750 cal/day - like, losing close to 2 pounds/week (started strictly tracking again 2.5 weeks ago).
My goal is lower than yours, so this is aggressive for now, but only for a few more weeks, when I will have to back off. Goal for me is ~130 give or take a couple pounds, and that goal is based off what I weighed most of my younger adult life into my early 30's. That might be too low of a goal for someone with a different build.
1100 calories is no where near enough if your goal is ~150 pounds at your height and activity level. No wonder you're hungry!!4 -
at 5'1 I eat more than that and that is with a ridiculously slow metabolism due to major weight loss (almost 230 pounds).

Good advice here!! However, losing weight and maintaining are hard. We are bombarded with food ads on tv and elsewhere. I'm always hungry and sometimes just stare in the fridge, knowing I just want to eat. I'm now eating almost 3k calories a day in maintenance but just as hungry when I was eating less than 2k while losing. Keep working and focus on your goals and don't punish yourself if you slip up. I don't have any great advice only saying you are not alone in your hunger!!!! GL....1
