Yeah!! I just want to tell someone cuz no one in my life really cares but…I just hit the goal weight I’ve had for years. Down to 130lbs from chilling around 145 for several years. I haven’t been this weight since high school actually. And I did it without giving myself an eating disorder this time so FEELING GOOD have a great saturday everyone and keep your old jeans!!! you’ll be glad you did.

Awww yeah!! Congratulations! 🎉🧨🎆🤸🏼♀️Although, there is no way I would have kept my jeans from high school all the way until I was 48.. But I like your enthusiasm!! I mean, I think acid washed holy jeans were all the rage and they would not have aged well lols.2

Congratulations. Dont be like me and indulge in tempting foods, so that you end back where you started. I wish you good luck on this our endless journey. Temptation is all around us which requires steely determination not to succumb. It is very difficult but it can be done as shown by all the successful maintainers on here. I am determined I will once again become a maintainer rather than a regainer. Happy Sunday. Gina 😎5

Good for you!!! Don't count on other people. Ive finally learned that. I'm losing slowly, but happy with results so far. I'm happy for you reaching your goal. It's hard with Halloween. Have a great day. I think it's Indian summer here.0

Absolutely fabulous! Congrats, and I hope you can stay at that weight... It's never easy, and it doesn't get better with age. Trust me, at 78 I know whereof I speak. I manage to touch my goal weight every couple of years, then hover anywhere from five to fifteen lbs. above it. It never stays down without daily effort... You seem to have it figured out! A touch of envy here - just so you know WE CARE A LOT!!2

Great job! Be proud of yourself!0

Wow, a big congrats on hitting your goal!!!
I still have my jeans from my 20s. Not sure when I'll be getting back into them, but you're quite an inspiration so thank you and best wishes for your maintenance.0 -
That's great! Well done. 😊0

I still have some old jeans, not exactly sure why I'm hanging on to them. Granted they aren't from high school, but they are a few decades old, back from when jeans had no stretch to them. Anyone else have fond (or not so fond) memories of not being able to bend in their jeans? lol0 -
Great news - my close family do not care about my weight loss goals either which is frustrating when it is so important to me. I do have some other people that encourage me though.2

Do you have a before picture to share?0

Dear justanotherloser007, your MFP family is extremely proud of your accomplishment. We know the hard work and dedication you had to go through to achieve your goal. I too had a couple of people I thought were good close friends tell me that I wasn't going to lose weight. We I showed them with 100+ weight loss so far. Keep up the good work and good luck with maintenance.2

Nice! A huge congratulations for hitting your goal!! I don't have my jeans from many years ago, but cannot wait to buy new pairs when I hit goal!! Which won't be until next year but I'm slowly getting there!!1
-
YAY!!! Congrats on your loss and fitting in your high school jeans. Heaven only knows where my jeans are from high school. Wish I'd kept at least one pair, thought. They keep coming back in style. (hehe). Wishing you much more success!0
