can anyone tell me of anything healthy I can put in salads or other foods to substitute for mayo? I made egg salad but didn't want the fat from mayo. Any help would be appreciated:)

Thanks for asking the question. I need to try the plain greek yogurt in my lemon almond chicken salad. I usually use half mayo and half sour cream so it might just do the trick!!!!0

I second Veganaise but only the "lower fat" one is low fat. I like the grapeseed oil one.
They can be expensive so maybe look for coupons if you're a couponer0 -
