Day 1 on this site... I am sick of being fat. And not able to do things because i am fat... Looking for friends to coach me and guide me in my weight loss journey.

    Welcome! You can do this!

    Consider making small changes until they become habits and then add new changes, aim to lose no more than ~1.5 pounds a week, and set multiple “small” weight loss goals. (My first goal was to stop gaining and then I set goals 10 pounds at a time.)
