30 Day Shred Before and After Pix

I have finally finished the 30 day shred and I am so proud of myself for actually sticking to it. I have lost a total of 9lbs and a little over 14in overall. Well here are the pix.

I don't feel ready for hard-out exercise at the moment, but hopefully in the future I can work up to putting in more effort like you have.0 -

I did a little bit kickboxing, pilates and in the last 2 weeks I started the butt bible and then in the last week started my training for a 5k. But 30 ds was my main focus. I did the other exercises so I wouldn't get bored so it wasn't often.0 -

I just got my hand weights to do the 30DS starting tomorrow. I have a feeling it's going to be an extreme challenge for me but your pictures are helping to propel me forward! Such inspiration!0
