lite exercise high calorie burn

Hi folks i have trained really hard all week and was going to use today as a rest day but i now feel guilty and would like to do some exercise but something not too tough or intense but burns big calories any suggestions i have a match tomorrow and want to feel ok.

    you may already be a swimmer (judging by your profile picture) but swimming is always good go swim some laps! :smile:
  • thanx swimming didnt cross my mind and considering i work in a leisure centre lol i may try 30mins before i start work at 12.30 cheers xchinadoll still too early for me to think lol

    Yes, swimming would be excellent. I also go for a half-hour lunchtime power walk on my days off. I see new sights and find lots of nice new places to buy lunch!

    walking at a heart rate of 65% will burn fat very well.

    I always go for a brisk walk when i feel like this. I decided I needed a rest day today but feel the same so will go for a brisk walk for half an hour or so later.
