    Maybe instead of starting starting multiple threads on similar topics, go back the other thread and answer people's questions, provide more information. We are trying to help you but several times you post a question, don't come back to respond to the replies and then just start a new topic again a few days later.

    Your scattered, repeated and ineffective posts- look at them honestly and ask yourself,”Is this behavior indicative of my whole attempt(s) at weight loss?”.

    Instead of running around like a chicken with your head cut off and pecking here there and everywhere, roll it into one big elephant, have a serious plan, listen to advice, and start eating that weight elephant one bite at a time.


    Running around or commenting like your hair is on fire accomplishes zero.

    It’s like eating a candy bar. It makes you feel better. For a second.
