Making Progress

In the last 5 months I have made excellent progress. I am a 70 year old retired married man living in Bellevue, Nebraska. I have lost 32 pounds most of it in the first three months. My current goal in the app is 1.5 pounds per week and I am allowed 1592 calories per day if I do not exercise. I swim 2/3 of a mile each day Monday=Saturday which allows me 670 extra calories per day to eat.
The last two months I have only lost 3 pounds but my body measurements are still improving. Can anyone tell me when to expect the pounds to start coming off again?

You’re progress sounds super and your body is adjusting to a new norm it sounds. It sounds like you’re doing everything right. One of my biggest issues is not drinking enough water. Slow and steady!0

Sounds like you are doing well. You may wish to eat back fewer of your exercise calories. Some people only eat back half of what they “earned” by exercising.0
