Hi everyone,

I've been pretty under the weather but I feel my body trying to fight what I think is the flu. :frown:

I'm on a quest to heal myself before my 10k race Sunday (I know, I know...) homeopathically. I plan on eating SUPER clean and eating SUPER FOODS!

What are you favorite vegetarian superfood recipes?

Thanks so much.

    My daily breakfast smoothie:

    water
    banana (small, 1/2)
    soy protein powder
    strawberries - 1/2 cup
    organic red maca powder
    organic chlorella powder
    matcha green tea powder
    organic golden flax seeds
    organic hemp protein powder
    organic spirulina
    organic chia seeds

I couldn't call spirulina a favorite 'cause the stuff is nasty, but it's good for ya.

wheatgrass (if you haven't tried it mix it with a raw juice, it can upset your stomach the first if you don't a wheatgrass shot).
    spirulina
eat majority of raw foods, too. Try for 60% of your diet for the day to be raw veggies/fruits.

^agree about the benefits of raw although I don't manage so much of that.
One good way is to make smoothies, my favourite is:

    1-2 cups spinach or kale
    1 mango
some fresh herbs, basil, parsley and or mint work well
    lemon juice
    LSA or sacha inchi
ice cubes if you like it cold
    1 banana
top it up with water (I make about 1.5L and then drink the whole thing for breakfast)

its delicious and really good for you!
