Yummy cookies! Made them today - as a previous poster mentioned they are spongy but excellent with a cup of coffee or tea. I think the next batch I will add nuts.
  • Made these last night but added 1/4 cup of mini choc chips. Delicious!
  • yummy!!

So, I literally just made them (already eaten one). Made a few moderations as I'm not that all hot on bananas. So: 1 apple, 75g raisins (I mashed about half with the apple), 40g porridge oats and 1tsp cinnamon. They taste amazing. Didn't take long to cook either so would be really easy to make a batch for the week on a sunday evening on something. My recipe made 6 and they're about 73 calories.

  • I was wondering about the fridge thing myself. I left mine out but I'm not sure if I should have. I'll probably keep them in the fridge next time.

I put my few leftover in the fridge and I actually liked the taste better!
  • i'm SO making these. Right now. I'm going to add a bit of almond meal and flax seed meal, and I guess a scoop of nonfat yogurt and protein powder.

    Or peanut butter.

    The options are endless.. hehe

Wow, I have all of these ingredients. These sounds great, I will make this over the weekend. I love cookies!
  • I did follow your recipe, and also added

    1/4 c. cottage cheese
    1 scoop vanilla whey protein
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/3 c. flax seed meal

It made 21 big cookies, about 70 cal/ea. I like the sweetness from the raisins. Maybe next time I'd use a sweetened yogurt in place of the cottage cheese (just threw that in to boost the protein and add moistness, the batter seemed thick. I'm a dumper.)

I'll be snacking on these the next couple of days and won't feel bad about feeding them to the kids :) thanks again for sharing

Oh and I baked at 350 for about 12 minutes. Very moist and chewy

they might be nice with a pinch of salt
