How long in maintenance: I hit my goal weight in the beginning of January 2018, but officially started maintenance in mid-March 2018 after figuring out my calories for a couple of months.

Successes/struggles of the week: Not much to report. I think that my weight is slowly drifting back downwards again, with more weigh-ins in the 111's (including a couple in the low 111's). Though, after a high sodium meal out yesterday, my weight jumped up quite a bit, and I'm expecting the same to happen with another nice meal out tonight.5 -

I’d like to lose a bit to get back to 70 kg, but I’m still happy at around 75 kg.

Over a month since my last update and when I had a catch-up with my dietitian.
She told me to eat more to boost my metabolism, since my long term deficit wasn't producing results.
Needless to say, my stomach and intestines are now carrying more, and even if I'm not eating at a surplus I've “gained” 2 kg.

Success of the week: My average/trending weight is finally back within my previous maintenance range, so I reset the range. I had increased it since I've struggled to bring it down the past year. I may have finally recovered from the "Big Oops" that started September 2020. I still have a few pounds to get back to the middle of the range, but still, this is good.
Struggle of the week: After several months without letting any food go to waste, I found two sweet potatoes in the cupboard that had started to grow. I might put one in a pot and plant it out in the spring.2 -

Successes/struggles of the week: Figuring out maintenance calories and how I want maintenance to look! This time I’m not stopping a diet by getting pregnant so just going forward is VERY new to me. I reset my goal 3 times along the way so that also is a slight flux, but want to try maintenance here for a while.
I’ll probably be on the low end of maintenance during December as I am slowly upping my daily calories. I know parties are ahead and while I feel pretty good about my ability to moderate, doesn’t change the extra drinks and treats to come that I plan to enjoy! Hoping to stay in a slight deficit during the week to offset.

Welcome @RAxB! That's a great plan for figuring out your maintenance calories and for handling the holiday season. I also allot my calories so that I'm at a slight deficit most days during the week and a surplus on weekends and other nights out so that I can fully enjoy those days, as that works well for me!2

Average so far for December 49.6 kg – my daily weigh-ins have been under 50 kg for 3 weeks now – ready for the Christmas celebrations. I don’t have many events planned for the next few weeks but at least I’m in a good position now.1 -

Successes/struggles of the week: After 20 years of jogging on and off depending on mental health I ran 5.33 miles continuously this weekend! Longest before getting back into it this summer was 3.2 so this felt big and I ended it feeling really good. I’m 20/25 lbs below my previous lowest weight and I’m faster and stronger than ever.
This week’s schedule is going to be difficult to get exercise in so I’m not looking forward to that, but I’ll try to squeeze stuff in, while still understanding life happens and I can adjust my eating too.3 -

Success/Struggle: I was very busy last week and did not following my exercise and eating plan at all. I logged only a couple of times. My group (SVDP) was able to provide food, toys, and gift cards to over 30 families. Then the grandsons where here for the weekend. It was a wonderful week but very busy. Fortunately, no weight gain. I am baking cookies this week and then a little Christmas party on Christmas at our house so another fun and busy week but definitely a struggle to follow the plan!1 -
