Thank you @jm216 , the sleep helped somewhat, but still feeling some after effects. I took another dose last night, which gives me insomnia, so I was up until 5, slept to about 9am. Once I get my wits about me, have plans to go to the store & get a pedi.
Decided that I'm not going to "diet" per se, just get into the logging habit again, so I logged again yesterday even if there was no walk. 687 cals under, not starving myself, I honestly wasn't hungry yesterday.2 -
Slept a bunch between last night & this morning, feeling better! Logged my extremely poor food choices for yesterday - my plan for the day was not the universe's plan! - then took the "pudgy puppy"* out for his walk. Decided on the spur of the moment to turn that into a walk walk.

Ugh, I get migraines too, and they derail any lovely weight-loss streak I manage to put together. Carbs help me, as does the act of chewing, and between the drugs and the pain I don't/can't make good choices. The best I hope for is to get back on track after, so I wish the same for you and hope the pain eases soon.0 -
