Here goes again.
Nothing unusual here. Heaviest I have ever been, been refered to specialist because cholesterol is too high. Feel frumpy. So this time its a NEED not want.
My plan is to give calorie counting another go or even the 5:2, not quite sure which will be best for me.
I am determined not to go down the SW/WW route again as I have successfully reached my target weight twice and twice put a hell of a lot more back on.
I need to be accountable for myself!

The trick is to permanently change your habits, I'm finding. I am getting out of the habit of evening snacking, because that's problematic for me... I have one, and then I keep going. But eating much smaller portions was a little tougher...but over time, that's become much easier and now is just habit. I don't eat like I used to, and that's just all. It's hard, though, cause food is tasty.3
