I’m new here and excited about embarking on this journey. I’ve never had an issue with weight, but over the last two years I’ve put on 25lbs 😳 and I’m no longer comfortable with the weight gain.
Let’s do this!!!

    And congrats to you for making the decision to start young. I wish I’d had the brains and/or gumption to start 25 years ago.

    Hi all.... I used this about 10 years ago and was successful. Covid has brought on some weight gain so I am back. Looking for friends to encourage ech other. I would luv to add some people on here, but can't figure out how to message people.

    Because of spambots and pornbots, you can’t message anyone now until you’ve sent a friend request and it’s been accepted (or vice versa).
