Hello. I've been using myfitnesspal app for a long time with some success. My current attempt at achieving my goal weight has stalled out. I started at 198 and am down to 188 and am just struggling to keep the calories under control. My problem is snacking in the evening. Hoping someone can help me with the motivation and that I in turn can help someone as well.

I completely understand your struggle. I started at 231 and I've been steadily hanging around the 192 mark. My goal is 170. Happy to be friends and offer the motivation to avoid the late night munchies!0
