New mom

I'm 33 years old and have 4 month old twin boys. I gained 65lbs during pregnancy, but have lost all but 10. I am aiming to lose 30 lbs from where I am now.

Most days, my main exercise is going on walks with the babies. I'm hoping to start hiking on weekends and possibly going to our apartment gym a couple of times during the week, if we can work it into our tight schedule.

A big fitness goal is to hike the Grand Canyon in September. I've done it before and know I am nowhere close to being ready.
