Turned 58 today. I always try a 30" box jump to gauge myself. Still got it!!!

    Smart to use one of those cushioned ones!! I see pics from friends all the time that attempt a high one with the old all wood ones (I have one of those!).

    No kidding, Mike! I think I would be capable of a higher box jump than I currently do, but I just have this image of not jumping high enough and breaking my nose on the box!
