Hello! This is my first week with fitness pal and I’m trying the Keto diet. So far it’s working great! Fitness pal is making it pretty easy for me to enter all my food and macros. Hope there are other Keto users to connect with!

Hi there! Day 9 for me. Im also intermittently fasting to get my insulin resistance under control. Im eating closer to the no-carb diet than low carb though. The first 3 or 4 days were hard, but its easy now. Need to find some new recipes though...1

Hi! Day 4 for me on Healthy Keto. My doc has me on it for 3 weeks to lose weight and kick start my metabolism. Has anyone felt the “keto flu” yet? I think I have - I’ve been irritable today and low energy.0
