I mix 1 TBsp peanut butter and 1 TBsp greek yogurt when I make PB&J sandwiches. It really cuts the calories without feeling like you are skimping on the peanut butter.0

What do you mean is that a referral link? I was just trying to post a link to make it easy for others to find. Common courtesy...there is nothing in it for me...0 -
Id like to give thanks to whoever's post I stumbled upon a few weeks ago that suggested mixing Greek yogurt and peanut butter.
You, random MFPer, have given me the most awesomest snack in the history of awesome snacks.
I take one small tub of greek yogurt, mix in some vanilla extract, stevia, cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice and 1-2 Tbs of peanut butter.
Fluffy whipped peanut butter goodness in a dish. And protein heaven.
I'm so trying this for bfast tomorrow!0
