WEIGH IN TOMORROW - need 1lb more to win!

So as the title states - I have my weigh in tomorrow and I have ONE more lb I need gone to win.

Please share and tips and tricks! Obviously this will not be a consistent form of weight loss, just for the day :) Thanks!!!

    Last April, I won my workplace weight loss challenge with some questionable strategies. For the first weigh-in, I ate extra carbs and salty food, for maximum bloat, and I really needed to pee, but held it until the weight was "official" for the contest. The last few days, I went low-carb and fasted on the final day. I even refrained from drinking fluids until after final weigh-in. But I used the restroom right beforehand, for maximum voiding.

    I'm not very proud, but it got me $250, which did ease my conscience somewhat.

    Good luck! Keep up healthier weight loss after the pressure to race is off - unless you're at goal already, in which case; happy maintaining!
