Hi. I’m Moniquea and I’m 30 years old. I just started using MyFitnessPal yesterday and I am feeling very motivated. I also exercise 4 times a week. Strength & Cardio. I’m feeling good but am still new to this so I still have so much to learn 😊. It is very interesting to be learning what is in my food.

Do you mean by calories (which can be truly shocking sometimes!) or by something else?
And yes, the new relationship energy and motivation that comes when just starting. Just keep in mind, motivation wanes, it is HABITS AND PATIENCE that last and will carry you through. Doing the thing even when you'd rather do something-anything else.

It wasn’t so much as learning what was “in” my food, it was kinda what my food was putting “in” me that I was clueless about.
Like the 1920 calories a package of Oreo Doublestuff gifted me, and my utter ignorance in thinking that a three mile walk would make that entire package a wash.
😢
Yah. It’s been educational for sure.
Keep on learning. Knowledge is power.0
