MOTIVATION NEEDED - open to all

I just wanted to create a place where people can share motivational tips for anyone struggling to start, keep going or maintain - regardless of age and gender.

Tip; Create a bigger picture goal, spend some time thinking about how you feel as you approach your goal. Take a moment to visualise reaching your goal and feeling you are already there.

    I need to lose 20 pounds and firm up; I am a 60 year old woman, not active and 5’9.5”
    No motivation and this is medically important for me to lose🥺😔

    Tomorrow I am going to
    - eat my meals on time
    - drink plenty of water - especially if I feel like having a snack
    - stop eating at 9pm (usually 8pm but it’s FriYay!)

    My goal is to have a six pack and toned body.. I’m conscious about my diet, but off late I’ve had too many parties, drinks n food has been flowing in my system without a thought. Which I’m sure is not helping to get chiselled.
