245-180, 65lbs down: Finally able to shop! July 2nd 2021-Now

I started in July, after reading a book that changed my outlook on Food, Nutrition, Health and Wellness. Its true what they say fitness really does start with the mind because once the book changed my mind I didn't have to fight to loose weight it just happened. Unfortunately I did everything all at once and so of course my body rejected it and fought me the whole way but I am finally in a place where I am happy, healthy and somewhat fit.

The changes: Switched to organic everything, quit all processed foods, quit Sugar/High Fructose Corn Syrup/Aspartame and some other things, started swimming and weight lifting 3x a week, only drink water & tea and Intermittent Fasting 16:8. Did some other health and wellness stuff but I wont bore you with the details. My diet pretty much consist of fruits, vegetables and meat.

NSV: I started my fashion business 4 years ago because I hated the fact that I couldn't shop at the mall or online for clothing because they only carried clothes in Small, Medium, and Large. Not only did the experience teach me more about the industry and business than I ever knew but working with models helped to motivate me to get my *kitten* in the gym and work harder. So happy to say that for the first time in 4 years I was able to see something I liked at the mall and actually buy it! I went to Buckle and asked the lady for the largest size in their style of jeans, she looked at me and said there is no way you are a "38", she handed me a "32" I said there is no way these will fit me...But she insisted so I tried them on and to my surprise they were too big! I was a size "31" Wahooo! I tried on the size "38" previously and they wouldn't go past my calves. Granted stores are way to expensive, especially at the mall but it feels great to have the option!

I had a baby a few months prior to my start date but I was over weight prior

Dude, well done. I hit 70 pounds lost yesterday and came looking for similar success stories in the same timeline (I started June 30th). I know it probably wasn't easy for you, maybe it was towards the end, but celebrate your accomplishment. The photo you posted is a NSV for sure.
