Buy powered Ranch packets and mix it with a combo of healthier yogurt, sour cream, and/or mayo.

What I would personally do is make a spinach dip with purred silken tofu as the base and some vegan cream cheese for richness.

Veggie trays are always my go to. You can make a low-fat, protein-filled veggie dip by mixing Hidden Valley Ranch mix (the dry stuff in the pouch) into fat free greek yogurt. You could also make your own pita chips - I buy whole wheat pitas, cut them into eighths, sprinkle with garlic powder, and bake until crunchy. They're good with hummus and laughing cow cheese wedges.

Yep-- I do the greek yogurt (fat free) mixed with onion dip mix and it's fantastic. Most people don't even realize it's lower cal. Also, salsa is always a good pick as long as you go easy on the chips. It tastes great with carrot chips and/or baby carrots and celer sticks dipped as well!
