Back On The Wagon - Need Accountability!

Hey everyone! My name is Ryan (27) and I am trying like he-double hockey stick to get back on the wagon of losing weight. I lost 50lb. 4 years ago to get to 180lb, which is ideal for me. After gaining some "long-term relationship weight" and then some more "COVID weight" I am back to 230lb. I work very long days and then have night classes, so I find myself doing a lot of snacking and stress eating between meals. I like to run and I am learning to enjoy my Profrom spin bike, but could use some people to poke me in the side when I slack off. Looking forward to meeting some people feeling like they know where I am at and are willing to help out!
