Hello! First day on here. Already loving it! I am disabled and get little mobility so if anyone has any tips and ideas feel free to let me know. Working on losing weight and working out a little every day. Trying to stay motivated.

    Hi. It’s my first day here, too (I don’t even know what my user name is) and I’m also disabled. My physical limitations come mainly from joint range of motion limitations and back pain so when I’ve exercised in the past (☺️) I’ve done mainly floor/lying down yoga and restorative yoga.

    I’ve never tried to keep a food diary before so I’m hoping this helps me be more mindful. Wishing you well
