Ingredients:
18.25 oz Better Crocker Golden Vanilla Super Moist Cake Mix
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 cup canned 100% pure pumpkin
1 cup water
For the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Frosting:
8 oz. Philadelphia 1/3 fat cream cheese
1/2 cup pureed pumpkin (canned is fine)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
5 tbsp. packed brown sugar
Directions:
Preheat over to 350. Line a cupcake tin with cupcake wrappers.

I made these today with Spice Cake mix instead of Vanilla, super good!! I did not add the Pumpkin Pie Spice to the cake mix, but did put it in the frosting.0

I made pumpkin cupcakes with spice cake mix the other day it was awesome and the kids loved it with out icing...I might have to try the icing for a special occasion though sounds yummy. I made fudge brownies today using pumpkin in place of oil and they turned out fabulous...Pumpkin Rocks!!!0
