Do you drink less coffee now that you start later?0

Would you be interested in knowing that's a possibility? Don't I usually drink 3 or 4 cups of coffee and also occasionally a latte each day? Don't I think that has decreased by a cup? Did I drink 2 or 3 cups yesterday and the day before? 🤔 (Aren't I enjoying a second cup right now?) 😋 ☕0

Do you know, I don't actually like the taste of most decaf coffee? Although I've found one brand that is acceptable if I'm in the mood for coffee in the evening, haven't I found it unnecessary to drink decaf very often? Won't I quite often switch to ginger or green tea if I want something hot to drink in the evening?0

Aren't I up early too, having just finished some cinnamon French toast made with week old French bread? Doesn't it seem to me my body is adjusting to the idea of getting up at 5am for yoga/Pilates, and although today isn't one of those days, doesn't it think I should get up anyway?0

Don’t you remember that now everything is charged you’ve got to go? So perhaps a road trip to a gym in another state remembering to get out at each rest stop for a 5 minute sprint on the spot? 😝0
