Why does the MFP app take hours to sync with the web version?

This is a consistent problem where the MFP app takes hours to sync with the website, making it annoying to even use the app. The issue is with the app sync itself.

Mine starting doing the same thing. They used to sync quickly but no more. Drives me crazy!0
