    Sorry Falisha, this is more accurate. I couldn't find my phone which I usually use for converting kgs to lbs but couldn't find it and so goggled a converter. Found phone and checked. Still happy with my 400 gram loss which i think converts to point 9 of a pound. :tongue:

    No change. I think that I do have a NSV though. I made it to the gym 6 days this week and my arm have more def. and i can do side planks longer. So no weight loss but hmm maybe a muscle gain...

    No loss for me this week which was a disappointment but my TOM also came today so I have decided to blame it on that. Just as a heads up to all I am going to do my best to complete the chart by Sunday but I found out today my grandmother past away so my fiance & I are travelling on Sunday for the wake & funeral on Monday & Tuesday so please be patient with me.

    My thoughts are with you. So sorry about your loss..

    I was so sure I had lost this week since I exercised every day but one and stayed on target with calories every day and even drank my water, which I never do. Trying not to get discouraged though. Hoping for a big loss next week!

This upcoming week will be a challenge since I will be in Training all week with lunch and possibly breakfast too being provided Monday thru Friday.:grumble: I will need a LOT of self control not to over do it this week.     KCrouch - instant oatmeal packs (unsweetened) can be a lifesaver for hotel / conference situations. All you need to do is add hot water, cover for 2-3 min to let it "cook" and sweeten to taste. Such a calorie saver, and can be used for breakfast or lunch! And drinking a lot of hot water / tea can be good tummy fillers too. If you're not a tea drinker, bouillon cubes (i.e. powdered chicken stock) can be good adders for hot water - makes it like drinking chicken soup without all the noodle calories!

    Sorry Falisha for you loss my prayers go with you and your family.


    MFP has me at 2020 Cal a day to mataine my weight through out my pregnacy, So why can I keep them under 1500 and still gain 4lb in one week. I guess this baby is just getting bigger and bigger. So that 247 to 251 for this week. Will drink more water and stick to my menu and next week will be better.

    Stash some protein bars in your purse, that way if you need to cave then it is a controlled amount.
