Just got done doing Control Freak from Beachbody.6 -
Finished up another good week with my trainer last night. Hoping to lock down my deadlift form in the next two or three weeks so that more weight can be added! The other highlight is that Kathy showed me a different grip for face pulls - using the rope handles themselves, and they now feel so much more natural. Bench press is going great so far and leg days are…well, leg days!

Into my 3rd week back to the gym after having to be off SIX weeks. Because of covid/covid pneumonia/bacterial pneumonia. I thought I would be struggling longer but I feel great! I’m back to my normal “dying at the gym” and not “recovery dying” like I felt the first week.

This pic shows 10 weeks of hard work paying off! I just barely missed 200 after this, but now 200 will make a nice stepping stone on the next max out day! That’s how I see it.
