Hi any tips on how to improve energy based on what you eat.
Overall, consistent hiqh-quality nutrition? That's the one I'd put the biggest bet on.

Moderate or no alcohol consumptions might be helpful, too.

For some people, moderate carb is better than low carb for energy level, but that doesn't seem to be universal. Some people report that eating timing affects energy, but different timing works best for different people, so that would require experimenting.

If overweight, eating slightly under calorie expenditure, to gradually reach a healthy weight? (Carrying excess weight is fatiguing.)

Stress and poor sleep quality/quantity can also tank energy, but you asked about eating.

Why not weights? That's the most efficient route.

Next best: Bodyweight strength program, probably. If just upper, maybe just things like push-ups, pull-ups, etc.?

I would think some full-body strength and mobility would be a help, but what the heck do I know? I don't do 10-pin bowling, I'm just a rower. (The best answer to upper body strength is not rowing, trust me.)
