I’m a 54 year old woman who is picking up pounds like a princess picks up shoes at a good shoe sale!
Seems like since the menopause and an extremely stressful season of life I have put on 28 very unwanted pounds! Sooooo now I need to shift them!
Any tips and tricks appreciated! Love to have some friends I can cheer along on their journey and some to cheer me along!

Hello!
You can definitely find some tips on the forums, I would rather not give out advice since every body is different, however my suggestion is to try to not feel discouraged if you dont consistently lose weight. Losing weight is a series of ups and downs and not a constant downward trajectory. Its one of the things that definitely helps me in the long run.
