I have done everything to lose weight and I just keep gaining! Idk what I’m doing wrong!

    Odds are, you're eating more than you think. Go back to basics where you weigh everything you eat and log it. Don't try to lose quickly, work to develop a way of eating that you can sustain over the long term.

    Lietchi- I am 5’9 and 340 lbs. I was 328 when I started 5 weeks ago. Idk what I’m doing wrong. I’m drinking only water, cut out sugars, reduced my carbs, increased my veggies, I even changed my sleeping habits!
