Hi evryone my name is Ray I’m 34 years old and just had a massive heart attack few weeks ago and my whole life completely changed but definitely for the better I’m excited to start this new journey I quit smoking since the heart attack and I been sober a year from alcohol and just want to be healthy and eat healthy and be here for my family and my kids !!!🙏

    You can do this! Congrats! The scare will hopefully overcome the battle forever. I too am battling. I too changed due to heart and mass anxiety… if we can hurt ourselves, we can definitely Help ourselves🌼💪 stay strong!
