Korean Fried Chicken Nutrition

Does anyone know of any Korean Fried Chicken places that post their nutrition information online?

I would wager not many. I don't personally know of any big chain Korean restaurants. The FDA only requires restaurants with 20 or more locations to provide nutritional information. Meeting the FDA guidelines is expensive as it has to be done by a lab and would be a financial burden on small mom and pop, local restaurants.0

Laboratory analysis is not required by restaurants, just as it is not required by food manufacturers. From the FDA website - "Nutrient content declarations can be based on information obtained from nutrient databases, cookbooks, laboratory analyses, the Nutrition Facts label, and other reasonable means."

It wouldn't be significanlty different from KFC in terms of energy or nutritional value. You're mainly dealing with chicken that's dredged in some sort of flour, packed with sodium and then deep fried. You could argue it is better quality than KFC but nutritionally the differences wouldn't be much.0

Unfortunately, I think some of their entries are wrong. For example, their small boneless fried chicken apparently has 170 grams of protein per serving. I just assumed they meant to say 70 and entered it into my diary.0
