    Mar 11: NA, Turns out I'm still sick. Latsnight was awful... SO many trips to the bathroom. I'm sure I'm dehyrated, so I'm not taking any number I see on the scale seriously until I am feeling better.
    Mar 12: NA, feeling quite a bit better today! I plan on weighing myself tomorrow morning👍

    @kellyswimmer Are you eating the same thing each day? If so, any chance you can change up what you're eating for one day, and see if it helps jump your metabolism back into burning mode?

    No I am eating different things. My body did this last night too. Somedays I need a very low day to kick start it.

    09 March - 11.11 sure the drop must come soon. Eating within allowance.
    10 March- 11.11 drop must be soon. Although eat late and weighed at 4am due to daughters swimming this morning.

    11 March 11.11 still not weight loss. This happened before though it took a while
    12 March 11.11 getting fed up of this figure. Still eating 1200 calories a day. Maybe a little less today? To see how that goes
