    Good for you. Just do not do what I did. When I hit the 199 mark, I, being so impressed with myself, immediately relaxed, ate all kind of extra things, including frequent mistreats so that 2 months later I was back in 210ner land.

    Oh no, I got your response too late, Just got back from an All You Can Eat Mexican brunch buffet. But, I have been going to that brunch every other Sunday for while now so I'll be ok. Thanks all for the support.
