I do really well during the day at work. I eat what I pack most days. I run into trouble when I get home and start snacking on the kids snacks. Then I say, screw it, might as well eat something yummy for dinner too. Dumb! I need to do better. I know I can!2 -

@pridesabtch Great progress this month! Consistent trend with the expected blips that didn't derail you. Keep doing what you're doing until you've done it so much it's a habit.
