π A warm welcome all new 1st timers to the challenges and hi again to those returning for another month, another yearπ
I joined back in September of 2021, which was my first month back on MFP. In 7 months, I've lost 36 pounds and use this challenge as motivation to stay on track. It is nice to have a medium-term goal that gets broken down into manageable chunks.
Pick your own goal, check in once per week and at the very end of the month. Let's keep encouraging each other & staying focused on our individual goals.
You can change the dates to suit you, but try to keep it weekly as it shows off the weekly progress betterπ
Pick how you want to weigh as in lbs kgβs or stones

Used the March goal forum last month and absolutely loved it, so inspiring to see everyoneβs journeys. Iβve been trying to get back down to my goal weight for years and this is honestly the closest Iβve ever been and Its definitely due to the mfp community. A feature I havenβt used for the 8 years Iβve had the app π (until now obviously)
Think this month may be a hard one as I have three kids parties (I donβt care how much of a child I am kids party food is the best!!) a weekend away and Easter π£

Rather than searching for my post, I have a document in βNotesβ on my phone which I update, and then copy and paste into here. I find that a lot easier than finding my post. Hope that helps someone, and thank you for starting up the challenge. The months when I do this work out far better than when I donβt!7 -

Hi everyone, Iβm soooo close to goal weight, but I was here before and let maintenance creep and vacation gains happen. Have really found a lifestyle that seems to be working and will be (hopefully) easy to maintain after I back off trying to lose any more weight and just see where I land while sticking with my plan.

I usually only post on Saturdays, but what the heck; Today the scale said 149.2, down 1.2 for the week. The ten day average is 150.5 which is exactly the same as last week. I'll probably go ahead and post tomorrow as normal, but mostly wanted to come say thanks to the individuals who make this challenge go every single month!3 -

I just found this challenge, so let's give it a go!
I'm Lisa. Originally from Northern California but living in London. I'm 43, 6'1" tall and getting into cycling. Highest weight is probably 157ish kilos. I'm starting this challenge at 147.5kg and would love to get to the low 140s by the end of the month. Target weight is the max weight limit for a lot of the things I want to try (like sky diving) which tends to be about 100kg.

I did Fitbody boot camp for almost 5 years but as you age you need a change.
Now doing pilates on a reformer at Club Pilates and absolutely love it. So does my back and joints!
