Anyone is welcome to join, even if you see this thread mid-month – just jump on in. And while most folks do post daily, even if you don’t weigh yourself every day, you’re still welcome to join us.

In case you're new, some abbreviations you might see:
MFP = MyFitnessPal
SW = Starting Weight
GW – Goal Weight
UGW = Ultimate Goal Weight

    Don't weigh myself everyday.

    Heaviest weight: 212 lbs
    April start weight: 172.9 lbs
    April goal weight: 172.0 lbs (two week vacation this month, just trying not to gain)

    2020: lost 24.4 lbs
    2021: lost 5.1 lbs

    Jan lost: 0.5 lbs
    Feb lost: 0.5 lbs
    Mar gain: 1.6 lbs (birthday month, whoops)

    April 1: 172.9 lbs

    Thanks for launching! I am super keen to have some accountability 😀 since moving to Europe 3 months ago my health and fitness have taken a complete backseat. I’d like to change that please 😬

    Didn’t make the best choices today since it was freezing and I worked from home, but I will try and be more aware of my food choices over the weekend.

    Apr 1: 160.4 lb. My husband's bday is today so we I will be slurging a bit for dinner. Hope the damage won't be too significant!

    march 29-april 4 221-222 dad in and out of hospital but I'm proud that I still got in my 30 minutes of exercise every day even if it was just walking (literally) around the hospital building

    Total loss so far 8 lbs

    Its been REALLY hard with my dad so sick (my mom has alzheimers and my sister lives over 8 hours away so it really does mostly fall on me) And my stress eating vice is sugar (gumballs)

    I need to meal plan better so that I dont fall into "starving" and eating junk at the last minute!

    3 April: 60.2 kg. Went for that run last night 🙌 but struggling with snacking when there’s free eats available at the office. Plan is again to stick to planned meals. I’ll be studying tonight so I’ll try to not snack after dinner.
