30 lbs down... Still in progress

Hey guys, My name is Evelyn. The before picture of me is at 234lbs and the in progress picture is me at 203lbs. I have lost 30lbs and still in progress. It has been only 4 months but it has not been easy. I have 60 more to go. I am 5'0 ft and 21 years old! Just sharing my story with you guys!

    You're doing great! Keep it up! You will be SO GLAD when you reach your goal!

    In the meantime, set up mini-goals, if you haven't already, so that you can celebrate and reward yourself along the way and stay motivated.

    Yes it is, although sometimes I am so hard on myself because I am not losing weight as fast as I'd like to. But regardless, thank you so much for the motivation!
