    Will be donating two of my nicely used joggers. In great shape and still plenty of life in them. As daily joggers for me not up to speed plus both of them are actually a half size bigger than all my recent acquired ones. Happy trails buds you’ve served me well 🥺.

    That said during my 10k lunch jog on Friday got the replacements for todays donations.

    Hamburger and diet coke from Burger King. I've been craving a hamburger for a while, it was on my way home from work, and the calories were doable.

    But I mostly needed the diet coke since my normal diet coke stop on my walk this morning was out of cups (and probably still carbonation) and I didn't have much time to stop anywhere else.
