I've been on MFP since 2015. Been up and down in weight a lot of times throughout my life. Most recently, I gained back 50 of 55 I had lost. I re-started on March 12th and have lost 3 pounds so far. I'm hoping to lose 5 pounds a month but any weight loss will be great.3 -
