                    Welcome to your April 2022 daily tracking thread! A new month brings a fresh start, and another chance to make healthy choices. If you’re looking for accountability to get back on track, join us here daily to post your current weight.
Anyone is welcome to join, even if you see this thread mid-month – just jump on in. And while most folks do post daily, even if you don’t weigh yourself every day, you’re still welcome to join us.
In case you're new, some abbreviations you might see:
MFP = MyFitnessPal
SW = Starting Weight
GW – Goal Weight
UGW = Ultimate Goal Weight

            Thanks for launching! I am super keen to have some accountability 😀 since moving to Europe 3 months ago my health and fitness have taken a complete backseat. I’d like to change that please 😬

 march 29-april 4 221-222 dad in and out of hospital but I'm proud that I still got in my 30 minutes of exercise every day even if it was just walking (literally) around the hospital building

 Its been REALLY hard with my dad so sick (my mom has alzheimers and my sister lives over 8 hours away so it really does mostly fall on me) And my stress eating vice is sugar (gumballs)
 I need to meal plan better so that I dont fall into "starving" and eating junk at the last minute!2
