I usually only post on Saturdays, but what the heck; Today the scale said 149.2, down 1.2 for the week. The ten day average is 150.5 which is exactly the same as last week. I'll probably go ahead and post tomorrow as normal, but mostly wanted to come say thanks to the individuals who make this challenge go every single month!3 -

72 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...
...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.

I just found this challenge, so let's give it a go!
I'm Lisa. Originally from Northern California but living in London. I'm 43, 6'1" tall and getting into cycling. Highest weight is probably 157ish kilos. I'm starting this challenge at 147.5kg and would love to get to the low 140s by the end of the month. Target weight is the max weight limit for a lot of the things I want to try (like sky diving) which tends to be about 100kg.

I did Fitbody boot camp for almost 5 years but as you age you need a change.
Now doing pilates on a reformer at Club Pilates and absolutely love it. So does my back and joints!

My son talked me into trying Orangetheory and outside of spinning this is the most fun Iβve had working out. Itβs been good for me, Iβve dropped 7 lbs and my energy level has increases.

Yesterday was not that great of a dietary day but I am getting more steps in due to a kitchen reno. Food upstairs, dishes and silverware in my main floor master. Pots and pans on the console entertainment cent in LR. Microwave at the far end of LR. Coffee at the front door landing. Lots of back & forth for sure. Todayβs meal will be carefully planned. Having guests for dinner so I am on top of meal planning today. Thankfully they are willing to put up with the kitchen inconveniences.
