Round 183
April 7 - April 16, 2022

Please join us starting on 4/7, for JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, when we will begin Round 183!

Anyone can join us at anytime during the round.

Join us! If we stay mindful we can do this, you can do this.

Welcome back past members, welcome new members, let's keep each other accountable for another 10 days!

Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.

FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

    Thanks for another round @quiltingjaine

Going to need this one. First five days with DD, DSIL, DGS as guest and second five days with MIL, and have to flip the whole house back while hubby drives to make the swap. (we are giving master "suite" to the DD & fam so they can use the walk in closet as a toddler bedroom)

I don’t understand this, but I’ll try it. I always thought it wasn’t good to weigh every day? What do I know? What I don’t know are all the abbreviations - lol!

    I’m 6’ tall and weigh 170
My goal is to get back to ~ 150 lbs (not by the end of 10 days, of course, but within a reasonable time)

@paularunstrails WELCOME! We will gladly clarify the abbreviations for you.

GW (UGW) - goal weight (ultimate GW)
    SW - starting weight
TMI - I need to “poo” or ladies who are having monthly

That’s all my tired brain can think of right now so let us know which others there are.

As far as daily weighing - I have done it since I was a teenager, if I had a scale -even when WW said not to do so. It has allowed me to see how various foods affect my weight. Now I avoid carbs and try to limit myself even on “healthy” carbs because even too many cruciferous vegetables will cause me to gain.

Feel free to ask us questions. We are a wonderful group, if I do say so myself! 😁
