Bump because if I ever get my tv/dvd player to work with each other, I plan on doing this too. I bought an 8 lb kettlebell.
  • I did level 1 this morning for the first time. She only uses hand weights. i haven't bought weights yet, but was thinking maybe 1 or 2 kg?

Really? Cause I watched it last night (I injured my neck and shoulder, I haven't tried it yet). Only the one girl in the background was using a handweight. From what I saw, they were using kettlebells.

I have done level 1 with a 4kg (approx 9lbs) kettlebel. And level 2 with a 2kg weight (about 5lbs). Level 2 is a lot harder, and hence the lighter weight.

so I've done it with both, a weight and kettlebel. I find the kettlebel is a little easier holding wise.
